Wichmann & Associates is a small family firm of attorneys composed of Frank Wichmann and his two daughters, Kimberly Quinn and Kristi Arthur. Together, they have over 70 years of combined experience in counseling and representing individuals in regard to legal issues and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n

Wichmann & Associates has a long history in Northern Kentucky, where Mr. Wichmann represented the City of Erlanger from 1966 to 2018 and has represented Taylor Mill since 1972 and Edgewood since 1977. He continues to represent both of these cities today. Through that representation, the attorneys at Wichmann & Associates are experienced in municipal and other governmental and administrative law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n

Mr. Wichmann, after practicing solo after his admission to the bar in 1967, bought John A. Kohrman\u2019s legal practice in 1980.\u00a0\u00a0 At that time, Linda H. Schaffer was a new attorney with Mr. Kohrman and they eventually became known as Wichmann and Schaffer, practicing together for 27 years as a de facto family firm.\u00a0\u00a0 In 2007, the firm became known as Wichmann and Associates. Frank\u2019s daughters joined him full time in the practice in 2003 and 2009.<\/p>\n

Wichmann & Associates has professional liability insurance through the Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky; and they are approved by Law Point and the Hyatt and ARAG legal insurance companies for the representation of their members.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
